Altitude Software opens new office in Dusseldorf, Germany

Altitude Software, a provider of contact center technology, has opened a new office in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Miguel Lopes, an executive Vice-President at Altitude Software, is leading the new sales, partner and customer support team for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Also joining the Altitude team in Germany as account manager is Mark Gutmann, with a 10 year experience in sales and consulting roles in the call center and the customer interaction software solutions industry in Germany.
Altitude Software had been active in the DACH region since 1997 from its Central Europe office, located in Brussels, serving contact center customers and partners such as avocis, Teleperformance, and Transcom Worldwide. "The time has come to further build our delivery capabilities", said Mr Miguel Lopes. "The regions' contact centers dynamics are towards agile software solutions, that allow freedom of choice among vendors, increase productivity, and improve service quality while keeping costs down"
