Mainroad selects CA Nimsoft Monitor
Feb 08, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- CA Technologies, a provider of IT management solutions, has announced that Mainroad, a provider of IT outsourcing in Portugal, has selected CA Nimsoft Monitor.
According to CA Technologies, IT Monitoring, powered by CA Nimsoft Monitor, helps Mainroad provide its customers with improved service quality and reduces the costs of IT service delivery by providing IT infrastructure monitoring.
Available on demand (SaaS) or on premise, IT Monitoring Tools reportedly gives customers the visibility needed to help assure the availability and performance of key infrastructure such as network devices, servers, databases and applications.
"Many companies want to move to IT management as a service to avoid capital expenditures and reduce operational costs," said Pedro Ligero, country manager for Spain and Portugal, CA Technologies. "With the CA Nimsoft-based SaaS offering, Mainroad's customers can monitor their computing environments without having to deploy, maintain, or update the monitoring infrastructure."
