Allowing users to cost effectively store a virtually unlimited number of files of all sizes through the Salesforce interface, Bluewolf has announced 'Arcade' cloud storage. Featuring in-depth search capabilities with a tab for easy searches of all linked files, Bluewolf Arcade offers a complete solution for Salesforce storage needs.
Users can link, view and access unlimited files of all types and sizes with Arcade. They can also keep customer information easily accessible in one place. Arcade offers the ability to tag (News - Alert) attachments with key words, and search against any and all links based on title or type. Salesforce Administrators will now have the ability to create links to any Salesforce object, give users the ability to create and manage links to documents that rest outside of Salesforce, in the cloud (using Amazon S3).
Priced at $.99 per user per month, Bluewolf Arcade will be available Q4 2008. It will available for demo at Bluewolf's booth at the salesforce.com Dreamforce 2008 conference.
Bluewolf believes that implementing SaaS (News - Alert) and cloud based solutions save businesses money. The company says that it can also allow them to focus on their business not the technology. Now users can access all attachments within their Salesforce.com (News - Alert) solution. Bluewolf announced the Arcade at salesforce.com's Dreamforce user and developer conference in San Francisco.
Bluewolf Arcade is Ideal for functions such as logging files with customer cases; uploading training videos; linking to contracts and price quotes; keeping marketing files (logos, images, ads, emails) with campaigns; and attaching presentations and Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to customer accounts.
Bluewolf has also announced the availability of bw.Connect for Salesforce CRM Ideas on the Force.com AppExchange
“As a leader in delivering on the promise of Cloud Computing, Bluewolf continues that leadership with our announcement of the most cost-effective cloud storage offering available today," said Corinne Sklar, Vice President of Marketing, Bluewolf. “For businesses that are running up against their storage limits in Salesforce, Bluewolf Arcade is the most in-expensive way to add storage to their instance of Salesforce.”
