Beetext Announces SaaS Workflow Management Platform

Beetext, a provider of project efficiency solutions, has announced the launch of Flow SaaS (News - Alert), a new distribution model for its Flow project management software.

Beetext Flow SaaS is a subscription-based model for Beetext's flagship project and workflow management solution for the communication, publication and translation industries.

"Managers and executives everywhere are about to discover how Flow SaaS can rise well above their expectations with a very low initial investment," said Emily Holman, SaaS Program Manager at Beetext.

"With this new approach, Beetext is taking on the latest trend in the software industry. Successful solutions like Salesforce.com (News - Alert) are a perfect example of the popularity of software subscriptions. Our SaaS model adheres to the current principle of reducing software development costs. With the Flow SaaS solution, users pay according to a flexible subscription formula that evolves according to their needs, and can access the three traditional Flow portals based on their roles - customers, vendors and project managers," continued Holman.

The offering can be quickly deployed and provides a centralized project management interface accessible through its online customer portal, project management portal and provider's portal.

This empowers small organizations to automate and manage business processes, improve productivity, enforce company best practices and improve Web presence. In addition, it ensures business continuity is in place and reduces costs.

Beetext has been organizing weekly group demonstrations and is also working on its delivery structure to meet the increasing demand.

According to Benoit Desjardins, Beetext co-founder and President, the SaaS formula was designed in response to the management needs of moderately-sized work teams.

"A sizable hosting infrastructure was already in place to serve Flow's larger accounts, but this left a number of companies unable to find the resources needed to acquire our advanced solutions. With the new SaaS version, we can now provide a complete project and workflow management solution at a fraction of the cost of traditional solution," said Desjardins.
