Augeo Software, a European provider of project portfolio management applications, has announced the launch of a new version of its SaaS (

Alert) collaborative project management software.
Designed for SMEs and large organizations, Augeo’s new Planzone Enterprise simplifies project communication and enables collaborative processes to be put in place, notably with partners and customers outside the company.
Elaborating on the benefits of the new launch, the officials explain that Planzone Enterprise provides access to the correct information at the right time and allows it to be shared. Users no longer have to spend their valuable time on searching for data and documents amongst e-mails, attachments, notes or spreadsheets.
The company has designed a unique and secure Web
workspace that includes everything that has been discussed, designed and written in all projects.
Augeo notes that poor communication between project stakeholders results in increased costs and delays. A set of collaborative functions are available that allows project stakeholders to be aware, perform and inform others regarding what has been accomplished and still requires their attention.
Planzone Enterprise also includes a set of advanced functions for SMEs and large accounts. The solution offers enterprise packs (security, confidentiality, customization), data import, synchronization, and assistance, as well as training and consultancy.
Currently, Planzone Enterprise is available in French, English, German, Dutch and Russian. Prices start at 100 US dollars per month.
