ISI Telemanagement Solutions Releases v8.0 of Infortel Select



ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in comprehensive cost management solutions for voice, data, wireless and unified communications, has announced the release of version 8.0 of its Infortel Select telecom analytics and reporting product. This release includes enhancements to the product including the Tandem Call Matching and Carrier Call Matching features. The upgrade is expected to benefit Unified Communications (News - Alert) and MPLS Network users.

 
“Tandem Call Matching is an important feature for users of MPLS and Unified Communications Networks and assists with Telecom Invoice Management,” said Laura Dritt, director of Product Management for ISI.
 
“Tandem Call Matching assists customers who wish to track calls that originate in one PBX (News - Alert), traverse a network cloud, and then exit another PBX to the PSTN. It matches multiple call legs and creates a single call record, eliminating the possibility of duplicate costing. With Tandem Call Matching, users of advanced communications networks can now accurately demonstrate savings versus traditional phone networks,” said Dritt.
 
Infortel Select Version 8.0 offers Carrier Call Matching with which allows customers to compare their telephone invoices to actual call records coming from their PBX. This helps verify the accuracy of the invoices and in dispute resolution. Carrier Call Matching enables customers to spot potential billing errors, and helps them resolve the issue fast and also save money.
 
Other new enhancements include new reports identifying international Mobile terminators, new filters on Business Intelligence reports for Abandoned Calls and Ring Times, a new CDR format to support Cisco’s (News - Alert) Unified Communications Manager Express, support for Cisco’s MeetingPlace 5.4 and support for SQL 2008. This will be available as an on-site solution or as a SaaS (News - Alert) (Software-as-a-Service) through ISI’s Telecom Outsourcing Services.
