This new application allows businesses and large enterprises to communicate to employees, or other key audiences, wherever they may be, especially in urgent situations when real-time communications are essential, says the company.
Businesses can use XO Connect to send customized voice, e-mail and text messages to virtually any device during emergency situations such as hurricanes, tornados, and other weather-related events and also in day-to-day business operations including conferences, sales meetings and managing remote employees. It even allows groups to control and manage their users and send messages through an easy-to-use web interface or over the telephone.

No charges are levied on calls, technical support, additional phone lines, maintenance or training, according to the company.
