“Our SaaS hosting platform, built on our existing global IT services platform, enables customers like Ricoh to outsource their SaaS IT infrastructure with confidence, allowing them to focus on their core business,” said Bryan Doerr, chief technology officer, Savvis, Inc.
“We serve many ISVs and enterprise customers who have chosen Savvis’ IT infrastructure services to address their specific infrastructure requirements, and we continue to focus on providing better integration with SaaS markets, giving these customers a delivery mechanism to help them deliver SaaS more quickly and reliably.”
DocumentMall was introduced in 2001 as a cost-effective alternative to installing expensive computer hardware and hiring a dedicated IT staff for businesses needing to store, share and maintain critical documents. It enables customers to easily store, retrieve, manage and share electronic files and scanned paper documents, all with the help of the Internet.
