PRG Selects Intelecrm as Company-Wide CRM Solution

Intelestream, Inc., a major player in open source CRM consulting, has reportedly implemented a customized version of the on-demand CRM application intelecrm for Production Resource Group, or “PRG.”

Company officials said that the project integrated nationwide sales data for PRG and has resulted in increased revenue and a positive ROI.

For the company’s entire nationwide sales forces, Intelestream implemented a single on-demand instance of intelecrm. The application’s only requirement is that users have an Internet connection and a web browser. It can be accessed anywhere in the world and no software is necessary.

“The CRM project was very data intensive and we needed a platform that could scale and give us robust reporting capabilities. With the number of users and overall data set size, intelecrm was a perfect fit,” said Tim Wiley, vice president and general manager for PRG.

Wiley said that the company has deployed nationwide and looks to implement the system globally.

“We were thrilled to execute on the challenge of meeting the needs of PRG. The integration of Oracle (News - Alert) with intelecrm has further validated intelecrm as a flexible CRM solution and paved the way for future engagements,” said Ray Stoeckicht, vice president of consulting services at Intelestream.

Since its initial launch in 2008, intelecrm has become a leading CRM application witnessing rapid global success.

Customers range from small and medium sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Last week, Intelestream announced the immediate availability of the intelecrm cloud edition.

The intelecrm cloud edition combines a user-friendly interface with sophisticated functionality that incorporates total sales force automation, advanced reporting, and intelecrm’s recent addition of the Superfast Screen data entry module into an affordable and highly customizable platform.
