PowerObjects Adds New Team Members, Drives Leadership as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner

PowerObjects, a provider of Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM solutions, has announced the addition of two new members to its team. These new members are expected to help the company to achieve its mission of achieving a leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner.

Nyssa Dahlberg is the first addition to the PowerObjects team. Dahlberg has been named marketing director and is expected to take the company’s marketing activities to a new level by further developing the voice of PowerObjects through expanded development of such marketing tools as newsletters, blogs and customer success stories, company officials said. Primary focus will be placed in the development and drive of informative content on the company’s Web site.

“I enjoy writing clear, concise content that is valuable to current and prospective customers. The PowerObjects team has a lot of value to contribute to the community about Dynamics CRM / xRM. I”m excited to help share that knowledge in ways that are easy for everyone to understand,” Dahlberg said in a statement.

Another key focus for Dahlberg will be to establish an even larger fan base for the ever-popular PowerObjects superhero JoeCRM. “I want JoeCRM to help me spread the word that everyone can be a CRM superhero,” Dahlberg said.

Gretchen Mann comes in as the second addition, having been named as PowerObjects’ Director of Solution Delivery. Mann will rely on her extensive Dynamics CRM background to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations by making sure each customer solution is implemented on time and within budget.

“Customers like that,” Mann said. “From my past experience I know how critical it is to have good communication between all parties involved. I make sure everyone is on board with what the objectives are and how they impact the success of the project. I was very excited to get this role for PowerObjects and be part of the tremendous growth.”

Mann noted later that during her first interview with the PowerObjects team, she could feel the energy around xRM and the focus on leading the market as a top Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner.

“The PowerObjects drive for success – that’s what really attracted me to work here,” Mann said. “It’s because of this intense focus on Microsoft CRM that PowerObjects has grown so quickly.”

COO Jim Sheehan said the addition of Dahlberg and Mann will give the leadership staff additional time to deliver value to customers by doing Dynamics CRM /xRM the PowerObjects way.

“Which is simple,” Sheehan said. “Make sure customers feel that they get way more than they give. That is the real measure of being able to add value.”

Earlier this year, PowerObjects announced the availability of the PowerLaunch, a CRM deployment product designed to help get a CRM system up and running. The product included a business review consulting session and system customization and configuration based on the needs of the company.

Last fall, PowerObjects added four new CRM projects to demonstrate its power in the market and its ability to grow in any economic climate. The company positioned this growth as an extension of its value in the global CRM space. With the announcement of these latest additions to the PowerObjects’ team, the company is poised to drive its strategy for leadership; only time will tell if it is successful.
