Cloud computing services are evolving to accommodate the growing demands from customers. Eying this opportunity lying in the cloud,
Amdocs, which provides customer experience systems products and solutions, announced it is offering support for service providers that are delivering cloud-based services to their corporate and enterprise customers.

These products come packaged with pre-defined business processes, and are offered out-of-the-box for a quick and easy deployment. They help service providers evolve their corporate business models to bill enterprise and corporate customers for cloud-based services.
The Convergent Billing solution allows service providers to offer and bill for advanced corporate services that are not delivered via a hosted business model, such as shared allowances, group-level offerings, and flexible discount mechanisms.

Turbo Charging is developed for real-time, complex event processing and improved charging performance, company officials said. It helps service providers support massive subscriber growth without substantial hardware investment, leading to significantly reduced hardware costs and lower total cost of systems ownership, company officials said in a news
report.
These solutions enable service providers to offer a complete suite of corporate services to their customers, supported by one Amdocs solution.
Recently at 4G World 2009, Amdocs
announced a four-phase framework to help service providers successfully evolve to 4G. Amdocs four-phase framework outlines the activities required for the rapid, efficient and profitable evolution to 4G.
As part of the Amdocs CES product portfolio, Amdocs offers 4G-ready products and solutions to support service providers through each of the four phases, including packaged solutions for automating network deployments, scalable real-time charging, and an applications store.
