Cetrom Enters into Partnership with ASCII Group for Cloud Computing Services



Cetrom Information Technology, Inc.  has entered into a partnership with The ASCII Group, Inc. to offer channel sales opportunities for their cloud computing application services.

 
According to Cetrom officials, the alliance will offer the ASCII membership community of value added resellers and managed services providers the ability to leverage the company’s enterprise-level network architecture and their library of hundreds of mainstream applications through their cloud-based service model.
 
As many businesses continue to look at cloud computing srvices to outsource their IT requirements, software as a service options are is rapidly becoming a preferred choice in the marketplace.
 
Company officials said that with the partnership, The ASCII Group membership of VAR’s and MSP’s gains another valuable service offering enabling their ability to deliver a more turnkey IT solution to their customers.
 
“When I started in the IT business as an MSP, I quickly realized that most of my clients needed additional support over and above the technical support of their premise based network,” said Christopher Stark, president and CEO of Cetrom, in a statement.
 
Stark added that the SaaS (News - Alert) solution offered the company’s customers scalable costs, increased performance and a redundant service delivery model.
 
Cetrom is an application services provider, delivering a full spectrum of “cloud computing” solutions with custom hosted technology services platform for small and medium sized businesses. Cetrom delivers “software as a service” for Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange, Microsoft Office, as well as many other popular programs.
 
ASCII president Jerry Koutavas said that the company was looking for a partner to deliver more than just a hosted exchange solution.
 
“With the Cetrom partnership, we’re getting a partner with an extensive background in delivering SaaS solutions, and a well established track record of successful performance,” said Koutavas.
 
ASCII is a paying community of independent computer resellers in the world with system wide end-user sales of approximately $10.5 billion.
 
ASCII provides technology tools, products and services to assist independent information technology resellers increase profits, reduce costs and grow their respective businesses.
