DataMentors Acquires TouchPoint Technologies



DataMentors Holdings, Inc., or “DHI,” a provider of Data Quality and Data Integration Solutions Company, has reportedly announced the acquisition of TouchPoint Technologies LLC, a relationship marketing Software-as-a-Service, or “SaaS (News - Alert),” company.

 
Bob Orf, president at DataMentors, said that his company's expanded solution suite is ideally suited for enabling businesses to capitalize on the "real-time" relationship marketing characteristics of mobile devices.
 
Paul Mazzapica, co-founder and CEO at Touchpoint, said that this deal as a win-win for the company and its clients. “We are extremely excited to now be part of the DataMentors organization," Mazzapica said.
 
“TouchPoint affords SMBs the opportunity to touch their customers with specifically targeted offers, delivered to any device, anytime, anywhere,” Orf said. “This remarkable capability may very well make Touchpoint, the silver bullet for small business.”
 
Touchpoint Technologies' Sales Marketing And Retention Technology, or “SMART,” System, is designed to allow businesses to leverage its turn-key relationship marketing tools, which influence behavioral purchase decision traits among existing customers.
 
With SMART system, businesses can schedule and track messages across various communication platforms including: mobile text messaging and email.
 
According to company officials, SMART’s performance is further enhanced by marketing support response specialists, or “MSRS,” who assist business leaders in effectively managing their company's marketing initiatives by building and scheduling the deployment of customer-proven "Best Practice" marketing and communication programs.
 
Vince Albanese, co-founder and chief technology officer at Touchpoint said that the company knew it needed advanced database management functionality at a level of sophistication beyond our current competencies; it was obvious DataMentors was the perfect fit from a capabilities and business culture perspective.
