Ezwim Announces Release 10 of its Total Telecom Management Services

Ezwim, a provider of telecom management services for operators and enterprises, has announced the availability of Release 10 of its total telecom management services.

Ezwim’s (News - Alert) TTM is a web-based Software-as-a-Service. This model offers customers competitive advantage by means of a scalable and comprehensive solution that can be implemented quickly and without initial investments. IT departments need not look for or write additional support software to further enhance their job, according to Ezwim.

The TTM solution delivers a “Telecom Expense Management,” a “Telecom Service Management” and a “Multinational (MNC Portal)” solution. Ezwim has stated that its services are there for global organizations to gain visibility into and control over the mobile and fixed communications assets and costs.

Using the new Release 10 of the TTM, customers can have instant access to detailed telecom parameters across the enterprise and optimize telecom resources and service management, and the new release is also built with improved dashboards that can be used to derive innovative business intelligence perspectives.

Ezwim stated that in the face of escalating telecom expenses, complicated carrier offerings and technical support complications that result from the myriad of mobile device platforms, organizations struggle to keep pace with the fast-changing environment and with their new version of TTM that offers increased enterprise control, telecom managers of multinationals will be able to generate aggregated reports of their total global telecom spend and pull necessary information about their offices around the world.

Local telecom managers and end users will also be using this solution the same way as their multinational counterparts by taking advantage of the localized telecom management services available in their respective language and currency.
