Intelestream Partners with Level 10 Network Technologies to Sell CRM Solution

Intelestream, a provider of open source customer relationship management solutions, announced a partnership with Austin-based IT consulting firm Level 10 Network Technologies.

Level 10 Network Technologies has joined the Intelestream Channel Network as an Authorized Gold Partner. With this membership, Level 10 Network Technologies is authorized by Intelestream to directly sell, provide consulting services, and further customize the intelecrm application, an on-demand CRM application from Intelestream.

Back in May, Intelestream introduced intelecrm 2.0, a new version of intelecrm, TMCnet reported. The new version includes advanced reporting and a host of new CRM modules.
intelecrm has been specifically designed for small and medium size businesses, said company officials. Subscribers of this application are charged according to the quantity of records and data storage used, rather than the number of users accessing the system.

The company also offers a “pay-for-what-you-need” option to intelecrm customers in which they are billed for only the features and add-ons they require. This flexibility has made the CRM solution especially appealing to small businesses on a budget. Basic-edition pricing for intelecrm, which includes unlimited users, starts at $20 per month.

“The addition of intelecrm completes our line-up of offerings as an IT consulting firm delivering complete solutions to our clients,” said Eric Murcia, CEO, Level 10 Network Technologies, in a statement. “As a commitment to our customers, we only offer tested products that meet our strong criteria. As a CRM solution, intelecrm passed with flying colors, so partnership with Intelestream is a no-brainer.”

Julian Kopald, channel program manager for Intelestream, said Level 10 Network Technologies places a strong emphasis on scalability and custom tailors its offerings to meet each customer’s specific needs.

“Adding Level 10 Network Technologies to our partner program is also significant in that it brings intelecrm to Texas, an important market for our product,” he said.

Intelestream recently announced it has expanded its global operations by opening an office in Zurich, Switzerland. Officials at Intelestream say that a steep increase in European demand for the company's products and services necessitated the new location.
