Maximizer CRM Now Available in Italian



Maximizer Software Inc., a provider of customer relationship management solutions, announced the availability of its ‘Maximizer CRM’ solution in Italian language.

 
The Maximizer CRM solution is a comprehensive CRM software package - for small and medium-sized businesses as well as corporate divisions of large companies. It integrates sales and contact management, marketing, as well as customer service and support tools into one single platform.
 
In general, a CRM package consisting of business processes and software that facilitates in collaboration, performance improvement, and better business visibility across all customers’ touch points.
 
In order to facilitate organizations maintain the highest levels of customer service as well as increase sales, Maximizer Software Inc. offers Maximizer CRM in four editions, namely Entrepreneur, Group, Professional and Enterprise.
 
Apart from helping to retain existing customers and win new business, Maximizer CRM also facilitates organizations in closing deals faster. Additionally, it helps in easing staff time that can be better invested in building quality customer interactions, said officials.
 
Officials at Maximizer Software said that Maximizer CRM solution centralizes information from multiple sources, such as paper, spreadsheets and Outlook email - all into a single workspace, irrespective of where the user is -either in the office, over the Web in the field or at home, or through a mobile device. These features provide essential up-to-the minute sales, marketing and customer service and support details, open cases and marketing campaign responses.
 
Furthermore, Maximizer CRM offers in-depth reporting including powerful dashboards and Vista Gadget functionality. At the same time, business users can utilize Microsoft (News - Alert) SQL reporting services as well, in order to easily search, share, and collaborate through a familiar Microsoft Office-like interface.
 
The CRM solution’s dashboard provides a visual analysis of deals in progress, accessed directly on the desktop or through Vista gadgets. Some of the reports include sales pipeline funnel, lead summary and opportunity analysis, which will facilitate an organization to manage teams more effectively, says Maximizer Software.
 
Mike Richardson (News - Alert), managing director EMEA at Maximizer Software, commenting on the release of the Italian version of Maximizer CRM, said that the company has sold over 1 million licenses of Maximizer CRM solution for over 20 years to more than 120,000 customers around the globe, ranging in size from entrepreneurs to multi-national organizations.
Richardson added: “We anticipate great interest from current and potential customers in Italy and Italian-speaking countries who will benefit from being able to work directly in their native language."
