Communications-as-a-Service, or “CaaS,” provider Evolve IP (News - Alert) has expanded its network of authorized partners with the addition of Time and Parking Controls, an Upper Darby, PA-based integrator of parking and parking revenue control, access control, CCTV and time and attendance software and systems.

 

Time and Parking Controls is a major Philadelphia area integrator of parking and revenue control products, access control, CCTV and time and attendance software and systems.

 

As an authorized value added reseller, or “VAR,” of Evolve IP, Time & Parking Controls will market company’s CaaS offerings, which include managed telephony and networks, hosted applications and services for security and compliance.

 

Kevin Elsesser, general manager of Time and Parking Controls, said that this strategic alliance allows them to provide the products, and the valuable services required to assist their clients with integration of physical and data security systems.

 

“As physical and data security solutions are deployed, it is important that they are considered as an end-to-end strategy to ensure that you have a holistic security strategy,” Howard Hoffman (News - Alert), director of premise-based systems at Evolve IP, said.

 

TMCnet recently interviewed Margaret Norton, general manager of IntelePeer’s (News - Alert) AppworX Business Unit, and she said they see a growing movement for SaaS and communications as a service.
