This can be achieved by simplifying and automating a number of time consuming manual tasks associated with contractual paperwork.

Progenist TrackerDesk, a customer interaction management solution, addresses the challenges of managing today's complex business, service and support requirements, utilizing the Information Technology Infrastructure Library process methodology.
As company officials explained, Progenist TrackerBPM 2.0 is business process management that can automate and track process activity within enterprises. Progenist TrackerBPM is another module within Progenist TrackerEnterprise. This module creates, executes, and optimizes business processes.
