Configure Debuts TESA for Analyzing Multi-Vendor or Multi-Service Telecom Environments

Configure Inc, a dealer in telecom expense management, enterprise network design and deployment, transport service implementation and project management, has announced that its new Telecom Expense Solution Advantage (TESA) is an advanced cost management solution for medium-to-large enterprises.

Available via the a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) model, the TESA service can be used by financial and IT professionals to quickly analyze multi-vendor or multi-service platform and easily sort out inefficiencies and keep telecom costs under check.

TESA helps manage telecommunications spend and measure usage – tracking errors, reducing overspending, simplifying monitoring, and delivering tangible ROI. The service’s customizable dashboards allow clients to see current invoice charges by location, category, or coverage, along with views into long-term trends in spending and usage. Users can drill down into data on an ad hoc basis to compare spending patterns, bringing transparency and giving enterprises the hard data needed to track and resolve disputes.

Configure has stated that whether a customer has one telecom vendor or twenty, 150 employees or 10,000, ten stores using landlines and VoIP only, or 50 branch offices employing a full range of voice and data services, TESA brings order to the chaos and represents a tremendous return on investment. In developing TESA, Configure drew on every bit of its ten-plus years of telecom expense management experience and the result is a unique platform that lets users optimize telecom spends on a continual basis, thus reducing or even eliminating one of the most common sources of inefficiency in the modern enterprise.

In a release, Rudain Arafeh, CEO of Configure, said TESA is suited for insurance companies, law firms, merchants, professional services companies and other businesses with distributed and/or multi-vendor deployments. It also greatly simplifies telecom management for small or overtaxed IT departments.
