Ping Identity Expands SaaS Partner Program

Callidus Software Inc., a major player in Sales Performance Management (SPM), and Kadient, experts in sales enablement, reportedly have partnered with Ping Identity to provide clients with Single Sign-On access to their cloud-based sales tools.

According to a press release, both companies have joined Ping Identity’s SaaS (News - Alert) Partner Program.

“Because Ping Identity’s SaaS SSO solutions are designed to implement easily, and work seamlessly with existing SaaS-based business application and identity management environments, we are recommending them to our clients who want Single Sign-On access to Callidus On-Demand,” said Shamyo Chatterjee, vice president IT and facilities of Callidus Software (News - Alert), in the release.

Chatterjee said that Ping Identity is expected to allow the clients to support their users with easy access to their most important sales performance and incentive compensation tools in a reliable and simple manner with unequalled product support.

“Kadient delivers cross-platform sales enablement solutions, so we must be able to offer SSO access that works with Salesforce CRM, Oracle (News - Alert) CRM On Demand and other CRM solutions we will support,” said Elizabeth Ricci, SVP of products at Kadient.

Ricci said Ping Identity’s standards-based Single Sign-On solutions integrate easily across all CRM platforms. And because Ping’s solutions support mobile, desktop and browser-based devices, partnering with Ping allows to give the clients’ anytime, anywhere SSO access to Kadient’s offerings of dynamic sales content, sales playbooks and sales performance analytics for even greater sales productivity.

Ping Identity officials said the company’s SaaS Partner Program gives members the ability to offer their clients proven, standards-based Single Sign-On (SSO) and automated user account management in either an on-demand (PingConnect) or on-premise (PingFederate) format, without incurring unnecessary development expenses.

“Ping Identity SaaS partners tell us they are able to improve customer satisfaction rates, while significantly lowering customers’ operational costs,” said Mike Desai, Ping Identity’s director of SaaS and BPO business development.

“And, our SaaS Partners gain an additional revenue stream. More than 90-percent of those who have joined the program have gained top line revenue growth and increased subscriber retention rates,” Desai said.

Ping Identity is a major player in Internet Identity Security, delivering on-premise software and on-demand services for Internet Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity-Enabled Web Services and Internet User Account Management.
