reportedly announced the unveiling of Telecom Expense Solution Advantage, or “TESA,” an innovation in advanced cost management for standard and large companies.
The software enables a financial or IT expert in a company to understand the telecom facility usage by combining the available data resources. The new TESA offered in software-as-a-service, or “SaaS (

The new TESA from “configure” combines the entire telecom scenario such as landlines, VoIP, cellular and data to understand the inefficient expenditure. The software is proficient to understand the multiple installations ensuing in multiple locations such as retail, franchise or branch workplace networks. The control panel used in the software can be customized for the usage and sustains data collecting actions for preparing personalized analytical reports.
“Whether a customer has one telecom vendor or twenty, 150 employees or 10,000, ten stores using landlines and VoIP only, or fifty branch offices employing a full range of voice and data services, TESA brings order to the chaos and represents a tremendous return on investment,” said Rudain Arafeh, CEO of Configure Inc.
“In developing TESA, our company drew on every bit of its ten-plus years of telecom expense management experience. The result is a unique platform that lets users optimize telecom spend on a continual basis, thus reducing or even eliminating one of the most common sources of inefficiency in the modern enterprise,” Arafeh added.
The rational and easy to understand control panel functions of TESA make it convenient to check the type of telecom usage and the carrier availed and to track charges. The software allows the users to perform informal checking to evaluate outline of expenditures with lucidity and to manage disputes if any.
“TESA is ideal for insurance companies, law firms, merchants, professional services companies and other businesses with distributed and/or multi-vendor deployments. It also greatly simplifies telecom management for small or overtaxed IT departments,” Arafeh said. “When compared to the time and cost necessary to manually enter usage and billing data from perhaps dozens of carrier sources, it's easy to see how TESA can produce significant savings.”
