AuraPortal Unveils the Wide Interaction Platform

AuraPortal has released the WIP (Wide Interaction Platform), which allows integrated process communications with all external web users to the company.

AuraPortal, a global provider of Business Process Management (BPM) software, notes that the WIP module of AuraPortal has been designed for the integration of internal business processes of the company with a public Web site on the Internet.

In today’s competitive business environment, it is not enough to have a great showcase on the Internet but the Websites have to be integrated with the internal management processes of the company and its employees.

Once the integration has been completed, a company's website will become effective, dynamic and attractive to customers, which will generate revenues.

Because all required features are available with WIP for this integration, businesses will not require IT programming.

This integration has been divided into two phases: Visitor Registration and Use of the Platform.

An anonymous web visitor can easily enter his information in a form and he then automatically becomes registered in the AuraPortal Platform. After the web visitor is registered, he will be able to enter in his private WIP site to see restricted information, start processes, view the status of the process they have begun, receive and manage tasks, see emails received from AuraPortal and change his registration data.

By leveraging WIP, external users can ask questions or notifications, queries, etc. and these can be answered by email. Users can also start and execute Process Tasks.

Because WIP itself automatically starts the processes designed for each issue, it delivers excellence in the service along with the optimization of resources.

AuraPortal also provides several Modules geared towards the customer (CRM - Customer Relationship Management.
