TelStar Hosted CEO to Anchor Session at ITEXPO Cloud Communications Expo

James P. Dunn, CEO at TelStar Hosted Services, will be anchoring a conference session titled “What's Really Driving the Hosted Customer Care Trend?” at the upcoming ITEXPO Cloud Communications Expo in Austin this September 13-15. TelStar is a Silver Sponsor of the event.

“We have included TelStar Hosted Services amongst our list of event sponsors and speakers,” said Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), CEO and conference chairman for TMC.

The company’s communication-as-a-service (CaaS) through the cloud – fast, flexible, scalable, stable and reliable – helps clients save money and let’s them focus on their core business.

Scheduled for September 15, Dunn’s session is expected to discuss how hosted solution deployments continue to be a fast-growing trend and several companies continue to move toward a hosted solution, especially within the customer care market.

Moreover, the session will address the reasons for this trend, namely that hosted models provide several benefits in comparison to legacy on-premises systems, said company officials.

During this session, panelists will share new interaction tactics and technologies that companies are using effectively now. Plus, they are also expected to demonstrate some emerging innovations that will continue to drive the migration from on-premises to hosted contact centers.

The company will show how the hosted customer care trend can help companies to meet their goals to acquire, service and maintain customer relationships, Dunn said, adding that the company offers experience and perspective to enable any business with a call center, help desk or sales center to use hosted services to drive revenue, reduce capital expenditures, and maintain business focus.

"TelStar Hosted Services’ technology addresses a wide range of topics that are covered in detail at ITEXPO (News - Alert), especially in the Call Center Agenda track,” Tehrani said.
