Demandforce, a provider of online marketing and communications, has announced that it has been selected by AAA Carolinas, an affiliate of the American Automobile Association (AAA), as its exclusive online marketing and customer communication software solution for its 32 locations.
AAA Car Care, a division of AAA Carolinas, will use the Demandforce D3 Enterprise full suite of products, including customer communications, reputational marketing, reporting and analytics. It seamlessly integrates with AAA Carolinas shop management system and provides a management console for a single interface to manage all 32 locations. This will help increase operational efficiencies, online reputation and brand consistency.
The Demandforce D3 software-as-a-service application is used by customers to grow revenue, keep clients coming back, and manage operations more effectively. The company integrates directly into the management system and turns customer base into a powerful social network.
"The AAA brand represents a standard of excellence that is further enhanced by our selection of Demandforce. It improves our customer service by offering online tools that cater to the needs of our customers, it gives us the ability to regularly measure our performance, and it positions us to succeed with emerging technologies, such as online search and social media," said Dusty Holcomb, President of AAA Car Care for AAA Carolinas, in a release.
"We can now see what is working across all 32 locations and can institute best practices that will contribute to the overall success of our shops in addition to a better customer experience company-wide," Holcomb added.
Demandforce Enterprise increases the functionality within Demandforce D3. Users receive system-wide operational visibility, like reporting and analytics for each location that highlights key metrics and flags problems for follow up.
Demandforce D3 Enterprise Edition enables users to vary communication types and strategies based on customer category. This allows locations to target the right customer with the right message at the right time.
Demandforce also provides AAA Carolinas the tools to build online reputation, including with sending up-to-date business information and certified customer reviews to Internet sites and search engines.
"Demandforce understands the importance of maintaining a consistent brand in addition to the challenges in staying relevant in today's changing Internet economy," commented Sam Osman, Vice President Sales and New Market Development at Demandforce. "AAA Carolinas saw the value Demandforce brings to its shops and we are excited to represent the AAA brand to both new and existing customers through our comprehensive software solution."
