Ultimate Software, a provider of unified human capital management SaaS (News - Alert) solutions, has announced that PSAV, supplier of audiovisual and event technology, is using its UltiPro HCM solution for improving employee performance management and capital management to allow accountability, transparency and visibility into its organization’s workforce and business processes.

PSAV's HR team was looking for solutions which could support its employees and help the company meet its business objectives.

The payroll service bureau being used initially was incapable of supporting PSAV's business requirements. With increasing costs and lowering value of the service bureau, the company started looking into HCM solutions which could help it meet its business goals and objectives effectively.
