American Support Names Josh Bergen New VP of Finance



American Support, a provider of back-office services to the telecommunications industry, has announced the hiring of Josh Bergen as vice president of finance/controller, bringing with him more than 12 years of experience managing the finances of call center operations.


In a release, Matt Zemon, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Support, said, “Josh has a proven track record of enhancing financial performance at several organizations. He brings the exact blend of experience and skill sets to American Support to help us achieve even greater success as we continue to grow.”

According to Zemon, the company sought a collaborative head with the capability to provide fresh ideas on financial improvement, as well as implement initiatives across the organization, allowing American Support to continue to provide quality services to its clients at the lowest possible costs.

Bergen has worked as senior director of finance and accounting at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and senior manager of accounting for Starwood Vacation Ownership, supervising both the companies’ call center and telesales operations.

American Support has focused its efforts on growing revenue and subscribers, introducing six products, including Telesales by Evergreen, Customer Care, Field Support, Technical Support, Subscriber Management and Dispatch.
