Integration with Tactile CRM Released by LiveChat

Integration with Tactile CRM has been released by LiveChat. Chat transcripts can be now directly saved by customers to the appropriate contact in Tactile CRM. An announcement in this regard has been made by the top online CRM system for small business, Tactile CRM.

In a release, George Step, product and community manager for Tactile CRM said, "We're delighted to make this announcement. It brings two excellent benefits to our customers. The first is that LiveChat is perfect for sales calls; our customers are able to select the best leads and invite them to chat with tailored messages and custom graphics. Once they are chatting, it's easy to do the sales pitch, guide them through the order process and convert them into buyers."

According to George, a transcript of a completed conversation can be easily saved into Tactile CRM with the new LiveChat integration. The integration also helps to associate the transcript with the appropriate contact.

George said, "That means that any member of staff with access to the contact and sales management system can see what was said and follow up. In addition, the LiveChat integration automatically finds contacts using pre-chat survey fields, so the process is quick and easy, which is what Tactile CRM is all about."
