Level 7 System Launches Hosted PBX Service for Businesses

With the hope of revolutionizing communication usage among businesses, Level 7 System, an Internet telephony company, has announced the launch of business hosted PBX (News - Alert) service – VoIPdito, a cloud-based telephone service.

“I am delighted to announce the launch of this groundbreaking business communication system that will change the telecommunications of the future,” said Hugh Porter, chief technical officer, Level 7 Systems, in a statement.

“For several years we have been busy looking for innovative ways of communications, seeking out client’s feedback, and focusing on quality and reliability,” Porter added. “VoIPdito will hopefully become all employers cost saving and effective way of communication.”

Leveraging VoIPdito, companies of all sizes can customize the service to their specific needs. There is no need to install any hardware and the system can be set up within a few minutes of signing up. Moreover, the system is hosted in a data center, is maintenance free and Level 7 offers updates to customers. The company is offering VoIPdito on a risk-free 30-day trial.

VoIPdito can assign telephone numbers in over 4,000 cities around the world. It allows clients to call any user on their local number. The mobile application feature enables users to turn any mobile device into a full-featured business telephone including functions like call transfers, call parking and others with an office extension number assigned to it.

The new solution offers virtual reception, a Web-based reception console that can be set up on any PC. It allows users to transfer or park calls with a drag and drop feature. Users can view all incoming and outgoing calls on one customized screen.

Recently, Level 7 and its service provider WebSiteChat.net announced a live chat feature for Android (News - Alert) and iPhone users. This expansion of services by WebsiteChat.net provides its business partners increased capacity to serve a new segment of customers. Live chat will offer computer-based services which allow the customer and the business representative to interact in real time via the Internet.
