Outbounders.com Intros Outbound Telemarketing Service



Outbounders.com has launched a virtual outbound telemarketing service, saying that it will give business owners an inexpensive and efficient way to operate cost-effective telemarketing campaigns.


"This will change the world of outbound telemarketing," says Outbounders.com founder and president James Stinson, who still owns a traditional 150-seat call center in the Philippines called Global Sky, in a release. "We have been testing this solution for months. For all the people who said it couldn't be done from the Philippines, we are doing it."

Using a high-speed Internet connection and the Outbounders.com proprietary dialer, Outbounders agents can make many calls as efficiently as possible at a nominal price.

Outbounders.com features recruitment screening, dialing, calling lists, voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) and training. Company officials said that the service offers comprehensive outbound lead generation, appointment setting and telemarketing capabilities.

Thanks to the new offering, entrepreneurs from around the world can recruit, hire, train and go live with outbound telemarketing campaigns in minutes. While traditional call centers require heavy management overhead and infrastructure costs, Outbounders.com lets the entrepreneur manage their staff with complete transparency, reaping the savings from an extremely lean outbound telemarketing model.

Since the agent is not paid if not calling, costs are contained and also business owners only pay for logged hours. Company officials said that this means they could save more than 50 percent off existing call center operations even if they are already outsourced.
