Parker Software, a developer of software for enterprises with online business operations, announced that it has integrated WhosOn, its Live Chat Software, with Microsoft (News
- Alert) Dynamics CRM 2011. The company's Live Chat Software integration has also been made available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM online that delivers the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 as an on-demand service. Parker has successfully carried on previous integrations of its flagship products, "WhosOn" and "Email2DB" with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4. Through its latest release, Parker will deliver users with enhanced flexibility to enable increased customization.
The company's "WhosOn" tool allows users to monitor visitor activity on their web sites in real time while it’s "Email2DB" has been developed to support incoming emails and business process integration.
Parker focused on the latest development to enable synchronized working of both applications. The integration of the Live Chat Software with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will provide improved enterprise scalability, and easy functioning capability over the dynamics platform and also enable configuration of point and click.
Enterprises using the new solution will benefit from increased visibility and interaction of their website. The WhosOn solution supports real-time monitoring and engagement of website visitors so sales, marketing and customer service can be enhanced.
The easy to use WhosOn interface allows easy and direct delivery of website visitor details and prospects to Dynamics CRM 2011 platform. The interface will also allow call back requests and live chat transcripts to be delivered to the platform directly.
