Intelestream Unveils Version 4.0 of intelecrm

Intelestream (News - Alert), Inc., a provider of CRM consulting and CRM Software as a Service (SaaS), has unveiled intelecrm version 4.0, which includes enhanced reporting, added functionality to the Order Management suite, a superior global search tool, and improvements to the email marketing engine.

In a release, Ray Stoeckicht, VP of Sales for Intelestream, said, “intelecrm version 4.0 is centered around the notion of providing our users with more of what they need and less of what they don’t. For example, in one area we have added more options for generating custom reports. In another we have made the email marketing engine more user friendly by eliminating clicks and superfluous steps.”

Improved reporting and analytics have been included in intelecrm 4.0 to deliver greater insight. More options have been provided to create, schedule and share custom reports. Using virtually any criteria, information can be quickly found by users with the help of the improved global search tool.

Key processes like order management have been automated, therefore saving time. Another added benefit to the online CRM application is recurring billing and invoicing.

The CRM system has been made easier to use, encouraging user adoption. The front end of the email marketing process has also been improved, taking less user time to draft, send and report on sophisticated email campaigns.

Jason Green, CEO of Intelestream, said, “intelecrm version 4.0 is a series of action items taken away from hundreds of ongoing conversations we have had with our customers. We are constantly making enhancements to intelecrm based on what our end users are telling us. Our goal is to accomplish 100% user adoption by making intelecrm the most user-friendly CRM application on the market.”
