Policy Expert Selects Interactive Intelligence's CaaS Hosted Contact Solution



Policy Expert, an insurance broker, has announced that Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert), the global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has provided it with its Communications-as-a-Service (CaaS) hosted contact solution. The company believes that CaaS will enhance the company’s customer interactions and support its growing business.


Policy Expert, which provides home insurance from a growing number of brands, is planning to add new products over the next twelve months in order to service all insurance needs.

“We liked the Interactive Intelligence approach – they used their strong experience in the insurance sector and really took time to understand our business objectives, so the solution was tailored specifically for us,” said Adam Powell, co-founder of Policy Expert, in a release. “Our business is shaped by our customers, and the business will continue to evolve using customer feedback. CaaS, a beneficial customer relations tool, extends the proven capabilities of Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Interaction Center solution, and as a hosted offering it offers even more flexibility, as well as on-demand scalability, and more application functionality than most on-premise systems.

The offering gives the flexibility and on-demand scalability that meet the needs of growing businesses and today’s high demand contact centers. Regardless of the size of operations and the number of agents and users, the CaaS contact center allows companies to add users as needed and incorporate work-at-home agents, mobile workers and remote sites, according to the release.
