Contact Solutions, a premier provider of cloud-based contact automation solutions, has recently appointed Robert Pepper as the company’s chief marketing officer.

In his new role, Pepper will create and lead the company’s marketing, branding, public relations, and market development strategy.

Pepper has a proven track record providing executive leadership and global marketing expertise for emerging communication technologies. He has held leadership positions with a range of companies, including emerging start-ups, publicly-held companies, and global conglomerates.

Prior to joining Contact Solutions, Pepper served in a marketing executive capacity for VISICU (News - Alert), SoftMed Systems, VeriSign, and DSL.net, among other companies.

Academically, Pepper holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Babson College.
