Strategic Products and Services (SPS), a Platinum Certified Avaya (News - Alert) Connect Channel Partner, in a joint announcement with Imagine Technologies Inc., a provider of unified communications solutions and network infrastructure architecture, stated that the two companies have successfully completed their merger after completing required diligence reviews and transactions and singing of purchase agreements. The merger between the two companies has given birth to a new entity which will operate as Strategic Products and Services.

Imagine which was recently recognized as U.S. Channel Partner (News - Alert) of the Year by Avaya for Acquiring New Enterprise Customers has a consistently been awarded and recognized by its manufacturer and distribution partners.
