Hosted call center solutions provider TelStar Hosted Services announced that TMC (News - Alert), a global integrated media company, has named the company’s latest product, TelStar Hosted powered by Vocalcom, as a recipient of the 2011 Customer Interaction Solutions' Product of the Year Award.
The Product of the Year Award recognizes companies that offer “the best, the brightest, and the most innovative solutions brought to the call or contact center market in 2011 and deserving of a special attention.”

The solution offers “true contact center functionality,” allowing the handling and queuing of e-mails, fax, Web forms, Web chat, video chat and outbound SMS along with dialing features, allowing clients to improve their service to customers and prospects, company officials said.
