Allegiance Engage Receives CIS Magazine's Product of the Year Award



It's January, and now is the time of year that editors and trade journals sit down to evaluate the plethora of new products that were introduced or updated in 2011. To that end, TMC (News - Alert) recently announced the results of Customer Interaction Solutions' magazine's 2011 Product of the Year Award.


Allegiance (News - Alert), a provider of VOCi (voice of customer intelligence) technology and services, has announced, in conjunction with TMC, that its Allegiance Engage Voice of Customer (VOC) Platform has been chosen as a recipient of a 2011 Product of the Year Award. Allegiance was selected due to its innovative approach to delivering products and solutions that enable businesses to be more attentive to their customers, say the companies in a press release.

Allegiance Engage gathers and combines customer and employee feedback with operational data (CRM, financial, etc.) to create actionable customer intelligence delivered in the cloud. Allegiance multichannel feedback collection includes ad-hoc, transaction surveys, solicited feedback through Web sites and phone, and unsolicited, unstructured feedback of any kind, including through social media.
