Conn's Contact Center Selects CaaS from Noble Systems

Noble Systems (News - Alert) Corporation, a provider of communications-as-a-service (CaaS) solutions, announced it was selected by consumer goods retailer Conn’s to implement the cloud-based Noble Enterprise Hosted solution for their contact center.

Conn’s is a specialty retailer of consumer electronics, home appliances, furniture, mattresses, computers and lawn and garden products. The CaaS service offered by Noble Systems is expected to improve customer support services for Conn’s collection operations.

“We are pleased to be working with Noble Systems,” said Theodore Wright, Conn’s CEO, in a statement. “Once it is fully implemented, the new system will help us improve the effectiveness of our dedicated, in-house collection operations.”

A major part of Conn’s business is carried out through its customer credit program. This program, according to company officials, provides financing to its customers for approximately 60 percent of its retail sales. The company also needs to manage all aspects of credit account collection and monitoring after the sale.

The CaaS solution from Noble Systems allows the company to manage these operations. It will play an integral role in customer communications and account management for Conn’s collection operations.

Noble Systems  is proud to partner with Conn’s,” said Chris Hodges, senior vice-president of Sales at Noble Systems, in a statement. “The cloud-based Noble Enterprise Hosted platform is a great fit for a multi-faceted, fast-growing business because of the advantages it offers in scalability and specialization.”

Noble Systems’ unified contact center technology solutions consist of ACD and predictive dialing; unified contact processing for voice, e-mail, and Web; and integrated IVR, digital recording, messaging, quality control/monitoring systems, scripting, and real-time reporting and management tools.

Meanwhile recently TMCnet highlighted that there is no “Leader” for the famous Gartner Magic Quadrant under the category “Unified Communications (News - Alert) as a Service (UcaaS)”. The absence of a leader, according to the report, indicates that the market is vastly underserved and lacks a full-featured, highly functional, all-encompassing solution.
