Conn's, Inc. Picks Noble System's Hosted Technology Solution

Conn’s, Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics, home appliances, furniture, mattresses, computers and lawn and garden products, recently picked Noble Systems (News - Alert) Corporation’s cloud-based Noble Enterprise Hosted solution to improve customer support services for their collection operations.

According to Noble Enterprise, their Hosted solution is a complete contact center solution that offers power and performance in a unified platform, with an integrated management console for single-point of entry, rather than a stripped-down version with accelerating costs for advanced features and multiple management modules.

“Noble Systems is proud to partner with Conn’s,” said Chris Hodges, senior vice president of Sales at Noble Systems. “The cloud-based Noble Enterprise Hosted platform is a great fit for a multi-faceted, fast-growing business because of the advantages it offers in scalability and specialization.”

In addition, the Noble Enterprise Hosted solution offers maximum productivity with outbound dialing, inbound ACD, blending, skills-based routing, IVR, call recording, agent and system monitoring, customizable agent workstations, CRM/collection software integration, workforce management (WFM), legislative compliance, results reporting, and more.

Through the Noble Systems’ contact center solution, Conn’s can improve customer satisfaction, communications and account management for their collection operations.“We are pleased to be working with Noble Systems,” said Theodore Wright, Conn’s CEO. “Once it is fully implemented, the new system will help us improve the effectiveness of our dedicated, in-house collection operations.”

Based in Atlanta, GA, Noble Systems offers an open, scalable, fully-distributed platform. Every day, millions of customer contacts are made by agents at 4,000+ client installations worldwide using Noble platforms for inbound, outbound and blended communications.

The company’s offering include advanced ACD and predictive dialing; unified contact processing; and integrated IVR, recording, messaging, quality/monitoring systems, scripting, and real-time reporting and management tools.

In other news, Noble Systems Corporation has received a “Product of the Year Award” from TMC’s (News - Alert) Customer Interaction Solutions magazine for Noble Cloud EC. An evolutionary solution, Cloud EC allows you to instantly access broader bandwidth to expand your contact center capacity on demand, wherever your agents are located.
