Arkadin (News - Alert), a global provider of collaboration-as-a-service solutions, recently announced that it will be deploying Radisys media servers across its new Cloud Collaboration Platform to ensure delivery of global conferencing services over a private global-IP network.

Arkadin’s Cloud Collaboration Platform, which leverages a distributed network of Radisys’ media servers, offers advanced range of audio collaboration services which deliver extended management capabilities to customers allowing them to address their global conferencing needs in a more optimized way which can result in higher returns on investment.
Leveraging the CMS-9000 media servers, Arkadin’s Cloud Collaboration Platform supports intelligent call routing, increased level of security and offers customers a single set of country access numbers. The collaboration between Arkadin and Radisys will see the deployment of CMS-9000 across six cities spanning four continents which will be connected via the Arkadin private IP network.

- Alert) (SIP) support with Media Server Markup Language (MSML) by Radisys is the basis of a standards-based control interface which was used by Arkadin’s application developers for incorporating VoIP conferencing capabilities for the Radisys CMS-9000.
In other news, Arkadin recently unveiled a new feature rich all-in-one conferencing solution called Arkadin Oneplace. Delivered “as a Service” solution, the new offering meets customers’ demands for advanced audio, Web and video collaboration solution.
Since it is offered “as a Service,” it facilitates customers to do business better, faster and smarter as it allows for fast, scalable deployment with a low upfront investment.
