NetSocket Service Visibility Solution Suite Earns Avaya Compliant Status

NetSocket, a supplier of real-time IP service assurance and provider assurance solutions, recently announced that its Service Visibility Solution Suite (SVSS) is now compliance-tested by Avaya (News - Alert) for compatibility with Aura Communication Manager 6.0.1 and Aura Session Manager 6.1.5.0. In addition, the company has also received the Avaya DevConnect Compliant Award.

In a press release, officials with NetSocket had stated that many companies providing hosted and cloud-based VoIP/UCaaS, video, and collaboration services have already deployed and benefited from the interoperability of NetSocket and Avaya solutions. These companies utilize NetSocket solutions to assure their services with real-time visibility to understand the network impact.

"Ensuring a quality end-user experience from cloud services is critical to every enterprise," said John White, CEO and president of NetSocket, in a press release. "SVSS's compatibility with Aura Communication Manager and Aura Session Manager provides an easy and cost-effective way to implement and manage a unified communications platform.

NetSocket’s SVSS delivers real-time visibility into and understanding of IP traffic in cloud, multi-cloud and hybrid network environments. It facilitates enterprises and cloud/service providers with faster troubleshooting of network performance issues.

The company is enabling real-time visibility of end-user sessions for cloud computing applications through the issuance of a core technology patent, stated a recent article on TMCnet. This patent is with regard to a method of delivering a superior experience to users of collaboration services and real-time applications in cloud computing and hybrid IP networks.

Delivering a vastly improved end-user experience, NetSocket’s SVSS has the ability to anticipate, isolate, identify and facilitate remediation. This increases end-user satisfaction and also reduces operational costs by up to 75 percent.

As a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect (News - Alert) program, NetSocket has the eligibility to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. At the lab, a team of Avaya engineers develop a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compatible.
