rmsource Becomes Authorized Partner of Mitel

rmsource, a provider of private cloud and unified communication solutions, is now an authorized partner of Mitel (News - Alert), a provider of cloud and premise-based unified communications and collaboration (UCC) software solutions.

Mitel claimed that it along with its channel partners, service providers, telecommunications consultants, developers, and others came together to get best-of-breed solutions into the hands of time-crunched and money-conscious users. Its partner programs offer a breadth of resources and support for everything from marketing and sales to ground-up technical development.

As Mitel’s authorized partner, rmsource will hereon deliver Mitel’s full suite of advanced UCC solutions to more than 200 existing customers across the U.S. mid-Atlantic. It also has access to a full range of services and tools which can maximize its skills, success and profitability.

Some of stringent requirements set by Mitel for a company to be recognized as its authorized partner include ongoing training for sales and technical services; processes and benchmarks to provide quality customer service; and a high degree of expertise in voice communications, data networking, and applicable applications such as virtualization, conferencing, collaboration, contact centers and mobility.
