Marketo LaunchPoint Ecosystem Boosted with mPACT Presence

July 11, 2014

Providing relevant content to visitors on the Web is important, and marketers do realize this, but most of the digital content delivered doesn’t really strike a chord with customers. mBlast, the context marketing solutions provider, is helping change that by featuring its mPACT solutions on the Marketo (News - Alert) LaunchPoint ecosystem website.

“We are excited and honored to join the Marketo LaunchPoint ecosystem, the most comprehensive source of marketing applications and services available today,” said Mark Hatch, CEO at mBlast.

By combining Marketo’s customer engagement platform, considered the most complete listing of marketing solutions and services, with mPACT’s real-time contextual insights, marketers will be able to engage with their audiences in a personalized and consistent manner.

Marketo  has always  focused on helping marketers to create deep, individual customer relationships across channels and over time. The current integration with mPACT will give marketers a new cross-channel solution that will allow them to discover customers they never knew existed, deliver more relevant offers, and close more sales before their competitors are even aware that prospects are looking.

“Introducing mPACT to the LaunchPoint ecosystem enables organizations to add the rocket fuel of real-time contextual insights to boost the ROI of their digital marketing programs,” observed Hatch.

By providing real-time, contextual insights, mPACT helps capture what people are actually saying they want, need and experience. Such information will help marketers deliver relevant ads to a target audience, and enable Marketo customers to discover higher quality leads, improve conversion rates, increase up-sell/cross-sell, and reduce churn.

mPACT’s presence on the Marketo LaunchPoint ecosystem’s website is expected to have a positive impact on marketer abilities to serve customers better and improve the effectiveness of marketing and sales.

Today’s customers demand and expect relevant service; hopefully mPACT‘s ability to provide real-time contextual insight will ensure that.
