Jenne Distributes RingCentral's Cloud Phone System to US Customers

RingCentral (News - Alert), a provider of cloud business communications solutions, has entered a new distribution partnership with Jenne, a value-added distributor of technology products and services. Under the agreement, RingCentral Office will be made available to customers of Jenne’s U.S. reseller network.
RingCentral Office, the company’s complete cloud business phone system and flagship solution, integrates all communication channels into a single phone system for significantly simplifying tasks, bringing substantial savings on time and resources and providing customers with a more unified front. IP desk phones and computers are plugged into the company’s existing network — which is augmented by RingCentral’s cloud platform — and an associated mobile app is installed on employee’s smartphones. With a straightforward implementation process companies are thus provided with a comprehensive, unified phone system with extremely flexible management tools while seamlessly incorporating Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) initiatives.

The solution supports toll-free numbers, local numbers, international numbers and directory listings as well as numerous types of phones and devices. The RingCentral Mobile App supports both the iOS and Android (News - Alert) smartphone operating systems. A full set of Cloud PBX (Public Branch Exchange) features includes auto-receptionist, multi-level Interactive Voice Response (IVR), user templates, call reports, music-on-hold, extensions, Dial-by-Name Directory, call monitoring, Internet fax and extensive voicemail options. Employees are provided with many call management tools including answering rules, call forwarding, call recording, presence, call flip, call park, call screening, shared lines, intercom, paging, call logs, message alerts and missed-call notifications.
RingCentral Office enables collaboration through HD video meetings as well as web/audio conferencing and includes robust SMS capabilities. Recognizing the importance of interoperability between software and solutions for helping businesses achieve success, the solution integrates seamlessly with several leading software offerings. These integrations include Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, Google (News - Alert) Apps, Box, Zendesk and Desk.com.
