Severa Corporation Aids Punkhelsinki with its PSA System

Severa Corporation, provider of SaaS (News - Alert)-based professional services to small- to medium-sized businesses, has announced that Helsinki, Finland-based advertising agency Punkhelsinki, has selected Severa's PSA system for accounting, project billing and project management best practices.

 
Punkhelsinki defines itself as a new wave advertising agency that provides marketing and design services to companies that want to question traditional marketing and change the competitive situation on their market through advertising and marketing communications.
 
Officials at Punkhelsinki said that they switched to Severa 3 implementation to monitor CRM, billing and project management. Previously, the agency was hooked to Excel spreadsheets to maintain project work time, from which information was compiled for customer billing. Implementing a PSA system brought a major improvement for the agency's daily workflow.
 
“We jumped from Excel directly to the space age with the Severa PSA system," stated Punkhelsinki CEO Jan Schaper.
 
He said that Severa's highly developed and user friendly UI and layout concept convinced them that it was the best service for them. Currently two of the employees in the agency are using Severa, but all the employees would shift to switch to Severa by the end of the year.
 
Severa enables its customers to manage customers, projects, work time and billing easily and efficiently with one system. Company claims that the most popular feature in PSA, is the single click concept for quick access to most commonly used functions such as adding customers, entering work hours or running reports, and the service is most used by professionals in advertising, architecture, engineering, IT services, management consulting, legal, marketing and public relations.
 
Severa claims that its online Professional Services Automation already has more than 8,000 users who collectively manage nearly 130,000 projects, and what attracts the growing customer base is its Software as a Service approach that calls for minimal user training and features some Customer Relationship Management and time and billing services.
 
The company was recently in news for the debut of its new reseller program for online Project Management and Professional Services Automation.
