RevX Intros SaaS Integration Platform

By Shamila Janakiraman, TMCnet Contributor

RevX SYSTEMS unveiled its SaaS (News - Alert) Integration Platform (SIP) at a recent industry event which is expected to help with Enterprise IT requirements for integrating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with legacy technologies, applications, data and business processes.

RevX (News - Alert) provides transaction and revenue management systems for new media, SaaS, telecom, utilities and managed service providers. It offers a flexible, scalable and integrated platform which allows companies to streamline operations and maximize revenue potential.

The RevX SaaS Integration Platform has been especially designed to suit several enterprise requirements for federating and integrating systems. This is a messaging-based gateway and serves as a local “integrating hub” which connects on and off premise SaaS and Cloud-based services.

The integration Platform allows service usage monitoring, data security, message validation and transformation, business process orchestration and rules management.

Issues that plague IT departments include management of workflow processes, monitoring performance, regulatory compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, etc.), data security and back-up and recovery of mission-critical data.

In response to this, the SIPs offer integration, delivery and management services for enterprises as they adopt SaaS and RevX provides tools, methods and implementation methods for the integration of SaaS applications with on-premise applications.

RevX SIP includes an affordable frame work which simplifies and standardizes SaaS and Cloud services and the gateway is bi-directional and real-time message-based. It also takes care of interconnected system workflows and robust business processes and manages advanced event interpretation, correlation, pattern matching and monitoring.
