Danish Telco Telmore Selects FatWire for Online Targeting
By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor
Telmore A/S, a division of TDC Mobile International, a provider of communications solutions in Denmark, has selected FatWire Content Server and FatWire Engage to manage targeted online campaigns and enhance Web experience for its customers and prospects.
Telmore’s growth is expanding with its online audience. With growth, however, comes challenges, and Telmore’s content contributors found it very difficult to continue providing timely and relevant content to meet the needs of its growing online audience.
Therefore, as a way to solve this dilemma, the company searched for a good web content management, or “WCM,” solution that could address all these issues and selected FatWire.
FatWire was chosen for their strength in site design, content authoring, publishing, scalable dynamic deployment and content targeting. Their team also managed to implement the solution rapidly and delivered an initial site in just three months.
Finn Hessellund, director of Online Sales, Telmore, said that the company aimed to efficiently deliver a high-quality online experience for their visitors, and needed their non-technical staff to directly create and manage content and targeted campaigns on their Website.
Hessellund is pleased with FatWire that has empowered them to make the most of their business and technical resources and to leverage the Web to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty and eCommerce revenue.
Companies need to provide content that drives deeper relationships with their site visitors, and with the partnership with FatWire, customers will be offered a personalized Web experience with content targeted to individuals needs.
“FatWire gives customers the solutions they need to meet that challenge, while allowing them to drive significant business efficiencies,” said Andrew Martin, regional director of Northern Europe for FatWire.
