Avature Announces Recruiting CRM Version 2.0

Avature has launched version 2.0 of its Recruiting CRM product that includes a Rules Engine for enhanced business automation and optimization for Google’s (News - Alert) Chrome browser.

With the Rules Engine system, users can build rules for managing lists, e-mail communications, and automating other tasks in the system based on user preferences. These rules can be modified when required without the assistance of technical professionals.

Avature CEO, Dimitri Boylan, believes that Recruiting CRM version 2.0 will help them
expand the functional scope of their application beyond traditional CRM boundaries.

“Rules allow users can take advantage of the flexibility of our system to process a greater variety of recruiting tasks, such as candidate on-boarding,” he added.

Avature has also optimized Recruiting CRM v2.0 to run on Google's Chrome browser, and claims this increases the processing of complex JavaScript by 300 percent. The company has also included in the release additional features such as advanced search string library for simultaneous execution of Open Web and Social Site searches, an improved user interface, and higher performance on Internet Explorer v7 and Firefox.

Recruiting CRM is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)), and can be purchased as a monthly subscription.

Avature, a global technology company and provider of human capital management software, launched the Recruiting CRM in September this year. Built on Avature's proprietary Web 2.0 framework, the product helps companies to boost their recruiting ability by leveraging the social network phenomenon at a global scale. The Beta version of Recruiting CRM was released in June 2008 and was trialed at an unnamed Fortune 500 company before the version 1.0 release.
