DCT Telecom Group Joins Evolve IP's Private Label Program

October 23, 2012

Evolve IP (News - Alert), The Cloud Services Company, announced DCT Telecom Group, a provider of telecommunications services and support, as the newest member of its Private Label program. As a member of the Private Label program, DCT customers can now avail Evolve IP’s entire array of cloud services.

Evolve IP customers upgrade technologies without capital expense, accomplish more with enhanced features, increase stability and control with an award-winning portal, and reduce their carbon footprint, which, in turn, allows them to focus on their core business and reduce costs. Evolve IP has built world-class data centers on best-of-breed technologies from Cisco, EMC (News - Alert), VMware, and Broadsoft, and connected various tier-one carriers to create its Private Cloud.

“We evaluated many cloud service providers (CSP (News - Alert)), and Evolve IP had the right products, the right support, and the kind of high customer satisfaction that we were looking for in a Private Label partner,” says Anthony Romano, CEO of DCT. “We know that Evolve IP will meet our dedication to customer service.”

DCT assists the businesses in developing a more systematic approach to managing their communications and enabling total integration of voice, data, and internet services for maximum efficiency through a single source. The company serves customers across the U.S., including the NFL’s Cleveland Browns. Earlier this year, DCT earned a spot on the Weatherhead 100, a prestigious list outlining Ohio’s fastest-growing companies, for the fifth consecutive year.

“We’re very excited to be working with such a respected, growing, and talented organization,” says Tim Allen, Chief Sales Officer for Evolve IP. “Coupling its great client relations and account teams with our award-winning hosted cloud solutions was a natural fit. Time and time again, we have seen our Private Label resellers double or even triple their revenue by capitalizing on the full scope of cloud services and expertise that Evolve IP offers.”
