Aia Software has been cited as a strong performer in latest Forrester (News - Alert) Research report. The report, “The Forrester Wave: Document Output for Customer Communications Management (DOCCM), Q1 2014”, stated that Aia Software has been recognized as the only one among eleven vendors who met Forrester Research’s (News - Alert) Wave inclusion criteria. Aia Software is a leading global supplier of documentation solutions.
In a release, Paul Dirven, co-CEO, Aia Software, said, “In this new Forrester research we are rated as a "Strong Performer", receiving our top scores in the evaluation for ‘product strategy’, ‘business empowerment and template management’ and ‘workflow, implementation and reporting’. We feel it shows that Aia is now recognized as a mature, dominant player in the DOCCM field. We aim to become the leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM (News - Alert)) in Europe and being recognized as a Strong Performer confirms our progress. ITP makes the most of other business applications like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint to extract metadata and establish the right customer communication profile.”
In the report, references for Aia Software’s ITP Document Platform have lauded the strong overall support, cost-effectiveness, good version control, combined browser, and thick client iWorker support and responsiveness.
Jeroen Huinink, CTO, Aia Software, said, “Forrester stated in the January 2014 'Wave' that customer correspondence is a top target for many. The fast growing 'interactive DOCCM segment' provides a rapid return on investment. With ITP, workers can retrieve a document, enter data, or make selections that alter and personalize the output on any platform. At Aia Software we have worked very hard on our mobile strategy and are very pleased that these efforts have paid off. As Forrester states in the report: ‘Mobile is a strong point of Aia Software with support of HTML5 and 60 percent of core CCM functions available from a mobile device’.
ITP Document Platform, an innovation of Aia, helps to create structured, on-demand and interactive documents; electronic forms through an interactive interview process; and fully automated high volume template based document production. The templates are supported by ITP´s powerful data handling facilities and designed to collect data from various sources including XML data, Web Services and ODBC enabled data sources. The platform has been deployed in over 1,000 organizations.
